Before proceeding with the return of the product, you will be sent the return authorization confirmation and the procedure.

The costs for this shipment will be at your expense and you can choose the courier you prefer, always using a traceable and safe shipment.
Following the confirmation by us of the conformity of the returned product (intact product), the full amount of the order will be returned within 14 days.
If the product is not intact, you will not be entitled to a refund of the money.
We would like to point out that products that by their nature cannot be sent back or are liable to change rapidly, cannot be returned as an afterthought.
In case of delivery of the damaged product and visible from the outside, you must not accept the goods from the courier and therefore communicate the refusal to our customer service. In the event that it is damaged when the package is opened, it is necessary to document with photos and send to the email email@example.com requesting its intervention.
In this case, all costs are borne by us.
